This hotel is on a beautiful location nearby to where the famous bellota ham is produced. The building is beatifully done and the surroundings are very special, in particular the lavender garden.The facilities are brand new and everything is done with lots of care and good taste. The room was very comfortable. The spa and swimming pool areas where impecable, both of them with a nice view. The food was prepared with local ingredientes. The hotel produces its own energy and takes care of the environment. All was great but the best of all was the staff. We left with the best of memories.

La Dehesa de Don Pedro is one of the most peaceful and beautiful hotels I have stayed in around the world. It was so quiet with just the sounds of the birds. It was the perfect place to rest and feel rejuvenated. The pool area is also lovely with clean, crisp cool water overlooking the mountains. The food in the restaurant at the hotel is delicious. The staff who work at the hotel were so kind, personable and a pleasure to see every day. It’s a special place and I can see the care put by the family into the renovation and creation of the hotel. I would definitely return.

We also loved the great service and the wonderful breakfast and dinner! The rooms were beautifully furnished, very comfortable with very good beds and pillows! From our side this hotel is a little jewel and recommendable! Many thanks to all the staff for this great stay! Therefore, clearly a 10 rating!
